Alfredo Casab focuses his practice on corporate governance, general business transactions, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation.
He advises privately held companies (both national and international) across a broad range of industries, including automotive, technology, hospitality, and financial services, on structural and governance issues, succession planning, regulatory matters, joint ventures or other strategic alliances, as well as other general day-to-day issues.
His real estate practice is focused on advising owners and developers on a variety of issues, including acquisitions, development, regulatory matters, leasing and dispositions.
His litigation practice is focused on resolving disputes among partners, representing financial institutions, and advising court-appointed receivers.
In all aspects of his practice, he strives to find the path within the law that will lead to achieving the client’s goal.
